Beautiful place! Our family wanted someplace relaxing on a beach, and with a nice pool. This was PERFECT! Quieter beach, but still close enough to the boardwalk and busier area for people watching and dining. We rented a Jeep and traveled to Fort Lauderdale, as well as Miami. Super easy to get in and out! The condo was very clean and had very nice amenities. Upscale appliances, beach chairs, and of course—the best view!! Gorgeous!

If you want a condo on the beach that is steps from the pool and the sand, with an incredible view, this is it. Building is safe/secure which is super important to me. Everything was immaculate, new, modern. Kitchen is super well stocked, cooked twice in the kitchen two totally different meals and wasn’t missing a single ingredient (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc). There is a Publix on the same street (on the west side of the street) which is super convenient. Pool area is immaculate, so are pool bathrooms. Pool was never crowded which is saying a lot because we went on spring break. Guests were friendly and so were the staff of the building. You’ll appreciate the result of the buildings rules because you feel safe, more private, it’s a beautiful space and it’s very well kept. Will definitely be back!! PSA: Vodka penne at “The Boardwalk Restaurant” on the strip is AMAZING. Italian/American food at 1400 N Surf Rd.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning oceanfront condo, and I can’t recommend it highly enough—truly a five-star experience! From the moment we arrived, the property exceeded all expectations. The condo was impeccably clean, with every surface sparkling and a fresh, welcoming vibe that instantly put us at ease. The modern decor, paired with cozy furnishings, created a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The real star of the show, though, was the breathtaking ocean view. Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee on the spacious balcony overlooking the water felt like a dream. The location couldn’t be better—steps from the beach, with the sand practically at your doorstep. What set this place apart were the extra beach amenities provided: high-quality beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, all in great condition. It made our beach days effortless and so much fun! Great location right by the beach! The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We got a rental car midway into our trip and the proximal parking was full. Although the parking deck wasn’t too far, it was an unanticipated walk since returning late into the evening. All the staff was courteous. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We didn’t arrive until almost midnight and check in was still a breeze. The apartment was super clean and had what we needed to feel at home for the week. The views from the balcony were amazing and the pool and private beach access was great for my family.

Great trip with our two younger kids. Balcony was great, and being on third floor definetly was nice so we didn't have to use the elevators much. Certainly would have been a first world problem, but the waits at the elevator would have been annoying. Communication from management was good and timely. Not many beach toys but the four chairs were nice. We went and bought boogie boards and some additional shovels and left those behind. That was probably only critique was that we have stayed at other properties that had a lot more beach toys for kids. Overall a very good experience and we would stay in this property again.

The apartment was clean, spacious, well thought out and fully appointed- down to Yeti cups and a cooler for the beach. What made it more special was the balcony overlooking the ocean and hearing the lapping waves at night. The photos don't lie! The pool area was never overly crowded and we loved being able to walk right out to the beach. Our hosts were very accommodating and responsive with our early arrival. Not a ton of restaurants in walking distance, but a cheap uber or the free Holly Go shuttle gets you to the Broadwalk, North Beach Park and everything in between. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit was spacious and decorated was well stocked, spotless and a pleasure to cook in. Bedrooms are large with comfortable beds. The view of the living room window is spectacular with the view of the ocean beach and pool. I think it’s probably the nicest location in the entire building.
