The place is just as depicted in pictures. Very spacious, well decorated and everything is as expected. Beds are good. The tides is a great solution for a family vacation, to enjoy beach, sand and the pool, while you are close to shops and restaurantes.

The apartment is very comfortable, nice, clean and true to the pictures. Chris/Alberto were prompt to respond to all our enquiries. The building is well located, near a Walmart supermarket and other shops. We could not enjoy the swimming pool and the beach because of the unusually cold weather, but they looked very nice. We would stay again.

This was the second time we stayed at this property. Chris and team were amazing and very responsive. Access the beach and the pool was so easy. Apartment is very nice and well appointed. Parking is good and we were close to shopping and things to do. Thanks again. We will be back.

Chris was extremely responsive to any texts. If there were any issues they were fixed the next day the location was fantastic A definite plus was having the beach towels and the chairs included. The living room couch was very comfortable and the other furniture, including the kitchen table and chairs were extremely comfortable.

We stayed in the condo for a full month. Great ocean view from the condo and the balcony.Go down the elevator hang a right go out the door to impeccably landscaped areas around both swimming pools- 50 more feet and say hello beach! The photos in the listing are accurate. A few areas could use some touch up paint. This was our second year in a row that we stayed in the condo. The beds are comfortable - the condo is very quiet- located away from the from the elevators.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully renovated apartment at The Tides. The space was incredibly spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The kitchen was impressively equipped with modern, new appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the silent A/C ensured restful nights. The bathroom renovation was also top-notch, adding to the overall appeal of the apartment. The host was highly responsive, providing clear and straightforward check-in instructions, which made our arrival seamless. The Tides complex itself is fantastic, located right on the beach with direct access. The two pools were well-maintained and inviting, and the gym, though relatively modest, had everything we needed for a good workout. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would happily return. A perfect spot for a relaxing getaway—highly recommended!

We stayed 3 weeks in the apartment. The check-in procedure was very well described and the apartment exactly how it was pictured. However, there was extensive renovation going on in the neighborhood and the noise was horrible for our entire stay. As the work started already before we arrived and continued after, I would not recommend staying if you want to have a quiet time during the day. We contacted the owners but they said they simply said that they are not responsible for renovation work outside (but they neither informed us about it nor made a discount which I don‘t understand). The apartment is very well-equipped with all that you need for your stay but urgently needs in-depth cleaning by the owners (steam vent, kitchen shelves etc.). And also some important household appliances didn’t work (such as the vacuum cleaner). Considering the premium price, we would not rebook it again unfortunately.

My husband and I traveled with three small children. Everything was as described. Chris even responded to me when we couldn't figure out the keypad at almost 12 in the morning. It was a user error but he made every effort to reach us and ensure we got in safely. Accessing the beach is less than two minutes and so convenient. There is a cafe downstairs, but we opted to get out and explore a bit for meals. My suggestion would be to pack your patience for check-in. It is a bit of a process going to one building for parking (3801) and then the other building (3901-I think) to stand in line at the registration office. It took at least 30 minutes but that could have also been exacerbated by the holiday weekend. I would not count it as something negative, but you should be prepared. The directions are very clear and the host communicate well. I would definitely stay again!
