The apartment is great, amazingly confortable & great location! Ive stayed with my family and we had every we nedeed and more. Every little detail was taken into consideration; cribs, eating booster... definitely will come back! Tina was always available when she needed and with a great atittude.

Nice place, can see ocean out front door and don't need to cross street to get to ocean, and nice host who responded promptly to questions.

Tina and Chris gave clear instructions, important because it would have been confusing to check in and park without them. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, I especially loved the wagon with beach chairs and an umbrella. The condo is very spacious with plenty of room for 6. Tina and Chris responded very quickly whenever we had a question. All in all, we were very satisfied!

Amazing place to stay very close to everything and beach is across the street. I highly recommend this place and the owners are amazing very nice and accommodating.

we have stayed at the ocean reserve complex many time with many different hosts. Tina's was a better than the usual host. she was very thorough with her communications, and description of where everything was. if you have never stayed at this complex- checking in and finding your parking space can be confusing- Tina's instructions were crystal clear. Her place was clean and comfortable and had everything one would need. The laundry card was a really nice touch. Full cable TV was a really great bonus! the complex is located in a perfect spot for the beach, restaurants and the grocery store. if you stay at Tina's place or any other apt in the complex, understand that between the busy street outside, it can be a tad noisy, so just keep that in mind. we would definitely rent from Tina again.

Tina and Chris were very easy to access when we needed anything, the unit was exactly what our party of 6 needed for space and we felt right at home. It was a short walk to the beach that was Amazing! Just a little bit longer walk to shops and great restaurants and easy drives to Hollywood and Ft. Lauderdale. The coffee shop and mini mart were a great addition. We would recommend and would stay again!

Amazing house and hosts

This is a great stay for families. Amazing amenities, laundry, free parking , and awesome for walking. This is a super safe location. There is a children’s park, very close to the building. The beach is right across the street. I would say this is an excellent place all around, the only thing, I found the parking to be slightly complicated at first, but once you figure it out, it’s great. The most important thing is that it’s free. The host was extremely responsive, always attending to our issues in a very short period of time. If you take the elevator down to the second floor, and then exit all the way to the left to the end of the building. You’ll see that there is an exit to the parking garage. Once you exit it, there is one flight of stairs up, and voila you are on the parking lot, right next to your spot. There is also an amazing coffee shop “filomena” right in the building, and the corner store with all the necessities such as food items, various household supplies. Amazing!

We can't thank you enough for allowing us to stay in your wonderful property! We had an amazing time, and the accommodation was absolutely perfect. It made our experience truly memorable!
