Martin/Tina were great hosts. They fullfilled every doubts/questions even the smallest ones. The apartment is excellent, with everything needed and very clean/tidy. We were 4 adults and 2 kids, and the apartment was enourmous and very comfortable for us 6. It also has a great view from the 12th floor and it is Close to the elevator to get to the pool or the parking area, so that is a big plus in a big building. In case we have to return to Miami, I Will definitely choose them again.

Excellent apartment! Fully equipped for the whole family and for children. We were in the time of Hurricane Irma and we were taken care of by Martin at all times, offering to take us somewhere safer. I will return without hesitation.
Spacious and clean. Nice that they have beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. Kitchen had everything we needed. beds extremely comfortable. There were a few things that needed to be addressed - normal things with properties with the water in shower and iron. Martin was responsive and attempted to resolve expeditiously considering. We own properties and understand there are maintenance issues that come up and are normal. We brought them to his attention and he addressed. Very comfortable and would return.
Our stay was perfect! We were able to walk places and take ride share when needed. The condo was as described and comfortable. Martin was always responsive when I had questions. Would recommend renting from him!

Location of the resort is good, resort is also very nice and beautiful, I would definitely love to come back again , Apartment was very attractive, cozy and clean , I was not able to connect to host though so felt like we are on our own.
In summary, our stay was excellent. The owner's communication was top-notch, the place was impeccably maintained, and its location, particularly convenient for accessing Miami and neighboring cities, was the highlight. If you're keen to experience the hospitality of southern Florida, this place is a must-visit.
